Handling incoming calls and correspondence for both internal and external sources and responding independently when possible. Maintaining a professional and welcoming Reception Area. Working closely with the Director and the Office Manager to ensure the efficient operation of reception. Responsible and accountable for providing professional and efficient clerical and administrative support. To have the best chances of success in this role, it is recommended that you have a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
