We are on the lookout for a creative Sous Chef for our vegan cafe & restaurant. We are a small family business, passionate about high quality fresh plant based & organic food.
We are looking for a sous chef who has experience with vegan & plant based dishes, who is a fast learner, can work great within a team and can create recipes. A chef who is not limited to Raw Vegan food and who also has good experience with deserts & pastry making. Most importantly organized and super clean in the kitchen!

Job Type / Category
- Assist in the day to day operations of the restaurant
- Plan and prepare fresh dishes and meals daily
- Ensure food preparation is consistent with quality standards
- Train other employees in cooking methods, presentation techniques, sanitation practices and proper portion control
- Control food costs by following purchasing specifications, product storage requirements and waste control procedures
- Maintains inventory levels and is responsible for food orders & purchases
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent food presentation skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant or as a private chef
- Plant Based cooking trainings / courses
- Culinary Degree is a plus
- Speaks English
