Job Details:
- Receipt, evaluation and confirmation of orders, daily work in the KARAT information system
- communication with customers takes place almost exclusively by phone or e-mail, the processed order is matched with goods (in the information system) that are currently in stock, for goods that are not in stock, it is necessary to request a production date and regularly monitor whether storage
- until the order is completely closed, it continuously communicates with the customer
