Role-RPA Business Analyst
Experience- 4-6 years
Notice Period- Immediate Joiner/Max 15 Days
Location- Dubai, UAE (The candidate should be comfortable to travel when the lockdown ends)
Basic Qualification 
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science/IT 
Technical Knowledge on UiPath, SQL, Abby 
Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills. 
2+ years of relevant experience in RPA Solution Designing, Consulting or IT domain-consulting experience. 
Exhibit strong leadership qualities through quick decision-making and change management & strong analytical ability. 
Minimum 1 year Domain Experience: Banking, Finance and Accounting. 
Possesses a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Qualification


Requirements

Responsibilities: 
Lead the Business process analysis and initial opportunity assessment for Robotic Process Automation. 
Coordinate with Business stakeholders to assess the feasibility of automation of a process. 
Record process steps, prepare AS IS and TO BE documentation and suggest process improvement/re- Engineering techniques. 
Prepare Process mapping (Current & Future State), Workflow diagram, Low-level process document (PPT) and calculate FTE/AHT/TAT benefits. 
Work closely with Technical team to identify technical challenges in automation and propose solutions. 
Participate in Testing process and pre-production runs. 
Prepare user manuals, training documentation and handover documentation. 
Building dashboards, reports, or tools.
