Coordinating with other departments within an organization to ensure that contracts are effective. Negotiating contract terms and conditions with vendors to ensure that they are in the best interest of the organization. Reviewing bids from prospective vendors, and awarding contracts based on price, quality of work, past performance, and other factors.
